Terms and Conditions
By making a booking with Hoptimistic Pubs, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- All bookings are allocated for a maximum duration of 2 hours, unless otherwise agreed by management.
- We ask that all guests arrive within 15 minutes of their booking time. If your party has not arrived within this period, we reserve the right to release your table and cancel your booking.
- While we will do our best to accommodate your preferred seating area or booking type (including indoor, outdoor, garden, dining or drinking areas), we cannot guarantee a specific location or service area. Table allocations are subject to availability, operational requirements and weather conditions.
- For outdoor bookings, tables may be moved indoors or cancelled at the discretion of management if weather conditions make the area unsuitable for use.
- Hoptimistic Pubs reserves the right to amend, relocate or cancel any booking where necessary due to operational requirements, private events, safety concerns, licensing requirements or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- Guests are responsible for ensuring that the booking details provided are accurate, including contact information and party size.
- We reserve the right to refuse entry or service to any guest whose behaviour is deemed disruptive, abusive, intoxicated or likely to affect the safety, comfort or enjoyment of other customers.
- Bookings may be cancelled by the customer at any time by contacting the pub directly. We kindly ask for as much notice as possible if you are unable to attend.
- Any special requests, dietary requirements or accessibility requirements will be accommodated where reasonably possible but cannot be guaranteed.
- Hoptimistic Pubs reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
